Most office cleaning relationships break down not because of poor cleaning but because of poor communication at the start. Scope drift, crew turnover, access confusion — these are process failures, not performance failures. Here is how we handle the first 30 days to prevent them.

1

Walkthrough or detailed intake

For spaces under 3,000 sq ft we typically scope over the phone. Larger or more complex spaces get an on-site walkthrough — floor types, restroom count, server rooms, security requirements, break areas. We take notes; you do not need to prepare anything.

2

Written scope delivered before the first clean

You receive a written scope of work naming the specific tasks, frequencies, products and schedule for your facility. Review it, request changes, confirm it. The first clean does not happen until you have signed off.

3

Crew assignment confirmed

We confirm the crew assigned to your account before they arrive. That crew does not change without notice to you. Access information — keys, alarm codes, after-hours contact — is transferred under our documented protocol.

4

First clean

The crew cleans to the written scope. If anything is missed, call (866) 958-8773 and we return within 24 hours at no charge. That commitment is stated in the scope document, not just spoken.

5

30-day check-in

After 30 days we contact you to review the scope. Frequency adjustments, added tasks, schedule changes — all handled at the 30-day mark so the relationship starts correctly rather than drifting.

Response Time Commitment

Phone calls during Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:00pm are answered same day. Calls outside those hours are returned by the next business day. A missed task reported before noon is addressed that same evening. A missed task reported after noon is addressed the following evening.

We do not track response times internally and then tell you about them — we commit to them in writing in the scope document.
