Periodic extraction and floor care, scheduled around your business hours, extends floor life and keeps the space looking maintained between routine cleans.
Carpet Care Services
We provide two carpet maintenance methods, scheduled based on your traffic volume and soil load:

Spot treatment for stains and high-traffic lane restoration are available as part of either programme. We assess the carpet type before recommending method — not all carpet construction responds equally to extraction.
Hard Floor Care
VCT tile, LVT, polished concrete and sealed wood all require different maintenance programmes. Our hard-floor scope covers:
- Machine scrubbing for VCT and sealed concrete
- Strip and re-coat for VCT that has lost its finish
- Burnishing for high-gloss finishes
- Damp-mop maintenance for LVT and sealed hardwood
We do not apply finish to flooring types where it is contraindicated — LVT and hardwood in particular should not receive wax-based coatings. If your floor has been over-treated by a previous service, we can assess and discuss a restoration plan.
Scheduling Around Your Operation
Extraction and strip-and-wax require access outside business hours and a drying or curing window. We schedule these visits in advance, confirm access requirements with you, and notify you when the floor is ready. Work is never left incomplete and open for foot traffic.
